OpenText CE 24.1 integrates the OpenText Vertica analytical database with OpenText Magellan BI and Reporting – Public Cloud, enhancing analytical performance for cloud-based enterprise business intelligence. To expedite transaction flows between internal systems and external trading partners, CE 24.1 includes a pre-built and configurable Microsoft Dynamics 365 EDI integration adapter, enhancing connectivity on the OpenText Business Network Cloud.

OpenText has elevated OpenText Voltage Fusion, integrating it with Content Cloud and OpenText Extended ECM. Voltage Fusion combines data discovery, classification, insights, data security, and usage monitoring to manage sensitive data, helping cybersecurity leaders protect sensitive data. The release continues transforming contact centers with advanced solutions, extending capabilities from OpenText Qfiniti Explore to CCaaS solution providers like Sinch, offering valuable customer insights and streamlining operations.

The updates in OpenText Cloud Editions 24.1 signify substantial progress in the company’s digital transformation strategy, showcasing innovation across its product suite. Aviator’s new capabilities mark a significant advancement in harnessing AI for information management, particularly with its integration into OpenText’s Extended ECM platform. The introduction of OpenText Content Aviator simplifies document analysis and translation, representing a shift towards more interactive user experiences in enterprise software. This expansion brings AI-driven enhancements to IT service management, improving operational efficiency.

While Aviator is a highlight, this release includes updates addressing supply-chain efficiency, enhanced BI capabilities, new DevOps tools, and privacy and governance. OpenText’s ability to deliver rapid innovation keeps it in a leadership position in the market. The updates in CE 24.1 reinforce OpenText’s position as a leader in digital transformation solutions, reflecting a keen insight into evolving technological demands.
