B2K Returns to Billboard Radio Chart After 20 Years

2025 BET Awards – Red Carpet Arrivals

B2K is back on a Billboard radio chart for the first time in more than two decades, with its new single “Mileage” opening at No. 38 on the Mainstream R&B/Hip-Hop Airplay chart. The song gives the R&B and pop group its seventh career appearance on the ranking and marks its first entry since “Bada Boom,” featuring Fabolous, reached the chart in 2004.

The chart return arrives shortly before B2K releases its first album in more than 20 years. The group has reunited for Eclipse, a new full-length project scheduled for September 25. “Mileage” is currently the only song released from the upcoming album and now gives the group a new presence on U.S. radio.

The Mainstream R&B/Hip-Hop Airplay chart measures the songs receiving the most plays on mainstream R&B and hip-hop radio stations across the United States. “Mileage” enters this week’s 40-position ranking at No. 38, giving B2K its first appearance on the chart in more than 20 years.

The new single follows “Bada Boom” with Fabolous, which debuted on the ranking in January 2004 and eventually peaked at No. 33. For now, “Mileage” has spent one week on the chart and represents the group’s lowest-charting entry, sitting five positions below “Bada Boom.”

B2K has previously produced two top-10 hits on the ranking. “Gots Ta Be” reached No. 7 after debuting in April 2002 and climbing to its peak by June. The group later teamed with P. Diddy on “Bump, Bump, Bump,” which became one of B2K’s biggest radio successes, spending four weeks at No. 1 beginning in January 2003.

B2K is one of just two acts to debut on this week’s Mainstream R&B/Hip-Hop Airplay chart. Cardi B’s “AH HA” takes the other new position, entering at No. 40. The song gives Cardi B her 37th career appearance on the ranking while also adding another Billboard chart entry for the rapper.

Meanwhile, B2K member Omarion is also appearing on Billboard’s charts as a solo artist. His song “The One” fell eight spots to No. 28 on the Adult R&B Airplay chart this week. The track reached No. 12 earlier this month, becoming Omarion’s highest-charting solo song on that ranking and just his second to reach the top 20.
