2025 Toyota Camry: Standard Hybrid Power, Enhanced Features

Toyota Camry

Toyota’s commitment to the sedan shines through in the all-new 2025 Toyota Camry. This ninth-generation model introduces a range of new standard features, including push-button start, keyless entry, wireless smartphone charging, and dual-zone automatic climate control across all trims. The most significant update is the inclusion of standard hybrid power for the entire Camry lineup, delivering 225 horsepower and up to 51 mpg on the base LE model, all starting at $29,495.

Despite a $2,000 increase in starting price compared to the non-hybrid 2024 model, the 2025 Camry’s enhancements in standard features, horsepower, and fuel efficiency offer exceptional value. The new Camry’s driving experience remains refined and comfortable, with a choice of suspension setups that cater to both comfort and sportiness.

For those who prefer all-wheel drive, it’s available on every trim, boosting peak power to 232 horsepower and providing better traction and handling in various driving conditions. Toyota’s expertise in hybrid technology shines through in the new Camry, with its fifth-generation hybrid powertrain delivering impressive fuel efficiency and driving dynamics.

The 2025 Camry lineup offers a range of trims and options to suit different preferences. The base LE comes well-equipped, while the SE adds sportier features. The XSE and XLE trims offer additional luxury and technology upgrades, including larger displays, heated seats, and leather upholstery. Optional features include ventilated seats, a sunroof, and a head-up display.

The 2025 Toyota Camry is now available for ordering, with prices starting at $29,495 for the base LE. The sportier SE starts at $31,795, the better-equipped XLE at $34,495, and the top-of-the-line XSE at $35,695. Adding all-wheel drive increases the price by $1,525 across all trims, with a slight reduction in fuel efficiency.

While the sedan market may be shrinking, Toyota’s commitment to the Camry shows its belief in the sedan’s enduring appeal. For buyers seeking comfort, performance, fuel efficiency, and value without the need for an SUV, the 2025 Toyota Camry is a compelling choice.
