Noble Audio has introduced two new premium in-ear monitors, the Vanguard and Iris, expanding its wired audio lineup with models aimed at different types of listeners. While the Vanguard adopts a hybrid driver design for versatility and portable use, the Iris focuses on a single dynamic driver architecture for a more natural and cohesive sound signature.
The Vanguard is positioned as an accessible entry into Noble Audio’s product range without the flagship price tag. Each earpiece combines a 10mm polyether ketone (PEK) dynamic driver with two custom balanced armature drivers. The dynamic driver is responsible for controlled and well-defined bass, while one balanced armature reproduces the mid and high frequencies and the second handles extended treble detail. Noble says this hybrid configuration delivers a balanced sound with dynamic impact, vocal clarity and detailed high-frequency performance.
Designed for everyday portable listening, the Vanguard is easy to drive from smartphones, portable amplifiers and dedicated music players without requiring powerful desktop audio equipment. It features a sensitivity of 112dB SPL/mW and an impedance of 23Ω. The package includes an 8-core silver-plated OFC cable with a 4.4mm balanced connector, along with a 4.4mm-to-USB-C OCC adapter for compatibility with modern USB-C devices. The precision-machined aluminum shell is hand-assembled, while a stainless-steel wax guard helps improve durability during long-term use.
The Vanguard will be available worldwide from July 7, 2026, through Noble Audio’s website and selected retailers at a price of $325, £299 or €349.
Alongside the Vanguard, Noble Audio also introduced the Iris, a premium in-ear monitor built around a single custom 10.2mm dynamic driver. Instead of using multiple driver technologies, the Iris is designed to deliver a unified full-range listening experience with natural vocals, controlled bass texture and detailed imaging.
The custom driver features a three-layer PU and PEEK diaphragm with a coating, supported by a dual neodymium iron boron magnet system and a triple sound chamber architecture. Noble says this design improves airflow and acoustic performance while maintaining clarity and spaciousness throughout the frequency range of 10Hz to 40kHz.
The Iris features a blue CNC-machined Micarta housing inspired by the iris flower, combining premium construction with an organic visual design. With an impedance of 34Ω and sensitivity rated at 113dB ±3dB at 1kHz, the earphones are compatible with both portable and desktop audio equipment. An 8-core OCC cable with interchangeable 3.5mm and 4.4mm plugs is included, allowing users to switch between standard and balanced audio outputs.
The Iris will also launch globally on July 7, 2026, priced at $699, £649 or €749. Following its release, the model will make its public debut at the Potafes 2026 Summer Akihabara Portable Audio Festival in Japan on July 11 and 12.
